Enjoy life with mini honey grahams
If you’re looking for an allergy-friendly snack for your kiddos, Enjoy Life can give you just that.
Available in individual serving bags, the convenience of these crunchy, mini cookies are popular among parents. Because they are “Free From” 15 known allergens, we give them an IMBHO-yes!
The only drawback of these cookies is they do contain a lot of sugar, 10 grams per serving, but they are cookies, not crackers, so it makes sense.
The Vanilla Honey Grahams taste like graham crackers with a little extra crunch. Our resident gluten-free taster gave a thumbs up to the product and grabbed a bag to go.
Enjoy Life’s website is full of great information beyond the large list of products that range from baking mixes to vegan foods to snack bars. There were two standout sections we enjoyed reading: 1) FODMAP Diet and 2) Resources for Allergists, Dietitians, and Other Professionals.
The FODMAP diet helps manage Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), which is estimated to effect 1 in 7 people today.
What are FODMAPS?
According to the internationally recognized FODMAP Friendly Program, FODMAP is an acronym for:
Fermentable – broken down “fermented” by bacteria in the large intestine
Oligosaccharides – molecules made up from sugars joined in a chain
Disaccharides – a double sugar molecule
Monosaccharides – a single sugar molecule
And
Polyols – sugar alcohols
These short-chained carbohydrates are found naturally in many foods we eat. Depending on the quantity consumed and the individual’s tolerance, FODMAPs can lead to increased gassiness, bloating, abdominal pain and diarrhea.
On the Resources page, you can download information on tacking challenging situations, creating a safe school and home environment, and getting the right nutrients. You can also request free samples, if you fall into one of the professional groups.
By looking through their website, we can tell Enjoy Life cares about their mission to provide allergen-friendly products to consumers. This speaks volumes about the company and the people behind the company. We applaud everything they’re doing to create foods that everyone can enjoy.

Plus, here’s a video that also speaks to the low FODMAP diet.
