There’s an earthiness to beets that you either love or hate. We happen to love it. We especially love fresh beets grown in our own garden, so we were optimistic about these Mighty Beet crackers.

We’re always on the search for gluten-free and vegan snacks. These crackers hit both those marks. They are also organic, non-GMO, and have a clean label of seven ingredients.

The crackers are perfectly crunchy with a hint of salt, but they are not beet forward in flavor. They have a more nutty quality, and with organic corn as the main ingredient, they have the flavor profile of a corn tortilla chip. Even though the beet is not prominent, which is a bit disappointing, the crackers still taste good.

We often determine our ratings by how much our test team eats, and they kept eating these crackers. That confirms a rating of IMBHO-yes.

We often tout Thrive Market products in our blog, and here we go again. This company seems to have its finger on the pulse of the health and wellness industry, and they do a good job with their Private Brand products.

In a previous blog we mentioned Thrive Market’s value system, where they develop products based on specific health and wellness values that support every dietary need and lifestyle. In total, Thrive Market has over 70 values. (You can check all those out here.)

For the Mighty Beet crackers, there are 20 Thrive values. This is another reason we give this product an IMBHO-yes!
