Carbolicious

How good are these? I’ll put it to you this way. Before I could even get my photos taken for the blog, I had one bag nearly gone. I also just put in an order for four more bags. Because they offer you 1 gram of carbs in 4 of these toast bites, it’s easily going to be a keto-loving snack for me. Add a square of natural sharp cheddar on top, and it’s the perfect bite!

I started with the onion & garlic melba toast, and it is not shy on either onion or garlic. Perhaps I’ll stick with the plain variety when I’m in the office, but at home I’ll just forewarn my husband before I partake.

On the Carbolicious website, you can get a bag of these for $7.96, and you don’t get gouged on shipping either. These are also offered on Amazon, but the price is much higher, even with free shipping for Prime.

While I couldn’t find when this company started or who started it, their website does indicate it started in a family-owned bakery in Brooklyn, NY. They saw the benefits of a low-carb diet when visited by an old friend who had taken charge of his health and lost weight, so they began to look for ways to incorporate healthier options into their menu. It’s a great story, so visit this link to find out more.

One more detail to note. The website address is carbolicious.co … not .com. If you go to carbolicious.com, it will take you to a Kerry Foodservice site. To be sure you get to the right place, just click the website link here.

Melba toast may not sound like a product that could change the world, but being Keto can be rough at times. Carbolicious has made it so much easier. I now have something I can top with cheese or dip in guacamole, so it certainly has changed my world. IMBHO-yes for Carbolicious!

PS After my first order, I also received a nice email from Samuel thanking me for my business. Thank you, Samuel. I appreciate the quality customer service!
