If the nutrition label is your first stop before choosing a healthy snack, you’ll be super pleased with what you find on iwon organics label.

Iwon uses organic ingredients that are familiar to consumers. This company was started by a health and fitness enthusiastic dad wanting to produce a healthy snack alternative. Founder, Mark Samuel, donates a portion of the company’s profit to Heart of a Hero, so not only do you get to eat healthy, but your purchase helps support a great cause!

Purchased from the Thrive Market for $3.79, this 5 oz bag was packed with flavor and crunch! You can also purchase from several other locations such as Kroger stores, Whole Foods Market, GNC, and Safeway.

I got a nice whiff of garlic mixed with pepper upon opening the bag. The protein stix are the perfect amount of crunch, in my honest opinion, and leave a satisfactory spicy aftertaste.

Unfortunately my 2-year-old and 4-year-old girls found this particular flavor to be a bit spicy for their sensitive taste buds, but I personally thought it was just the right amount of spice for the average adult consumer. I am slightly partial to a little kick, though.

You’ll find a good variety of flavors on iwon’s website:

  • Korean BBQ

  • Mesquite BBQ

  • Nacho Cheese

  • Sweet Dijon

  • Spicy Sweet Peppers

  • Cheddar Cheese Puffs

  • Carmalized Onion Puffs

  • Red Pepper Puffs

Plus protein cereals and granola clusters! So you’re sure to find something to fit your taste buds and satisfy your cravings.

Don’t miss out on this healthy and delicious snack! Your friends and family will get hooked on these protein stix! IMBHO-yes!
