Cheese to please
I gravitated to this sharp cheddar cheese product due to its color. Did you know it’s unnatural for cheese to be yellow? Most yellow cheeses have some added coloring to them. Today annatto is often the food colorant used for cheese products, which is “natural”, though there is debate around its safety. (Google it.)
I like a bit of bite to my cheese, and this sharp cheddar is perfect. It let me savor the real flavor of a good cheese.
Some of the other sharp cheddars I’ve tried are crumbly, but this cheese is wonderfully creamy. And the individual snack packs are perfect if I need to grab a quick snack to go. Also, the packaging of each little cheese snack was easy open, thankfully.
Trader Joe’s got this one right. I’ll be back for more!
