Nature's Path Qi'a is not just any oatmeal, but packed full of nutritious superfoods including chia, hemp, buckwheat and gluten-free rolled oats.

While a bit pricier than your regular breakfast oatmeal ($5.79 per box of six packets), you’re paying for a quality product that is loaded with beneficial fiber, omega 3s and 6s, amino acids and, of course, essential vitamins and minerals. It’s a great way to start your day.

Even better, these oatmeal packets are not packed with sugar, in fact sugar count is zero.

For our taste test, we added a bit of sea salt and maple syrup to our bowl of Qi’a oatmeal, and it was perfect. The buckwheat adds a nice texture, which alleviates the typical blah of oatmeal mush.

Each packet has 6 grams of protein, which helps stave off hunger for a longer period of time. Beyond the Superseeds & Grains variety we tried, Qi’a also offers Creamy Coconut Oatmeal and Cinnamon Pumpkin Seed Oatmeal. We’re thinking we’ll just add cinnamon and pumpkins seeds to the variety we tried and ramp it up a bit for an even better texture adventure.

It took two minutes to prep this oatmeal. We used hot water from the Keurig and then popped it in the microwave for 30 seconds and voila. Breakfast served! Because we’re all working peeps, a quick breakfast is a must, and this gives us the opportunity for something quick and nutritious. That’s a win-win right alongside an IMBHO-yes!

Nature’s Path products were the first USDA certified organic cereals, so they call themselves organic pioneers. They continue to invest in farmland, converting them to organic farms, and they continue to drive the “always organic” message of better for you and better for the land.
