If you need a morning “pick me up”, but don’t want to go the coffee route, grab a So Good So You Energy shot. It has 95mg of caffeine from CoffeeBerry whole coffee fruit extract. Other ingredients include orange, spinach and mango juice, all organic.
Today we’re all looking for ways to build our immune systems, and the Immunity shot, powered by ginger, promises just that. The cayenne pepper gives an additional spice blast, so watch out. This one will open up your sinuses instantly!
The Beauty shot is grapefruit forward and includes 10mg of living Silica. The Detox shot is one of our favorites and is a blend of organic pineapple and orange juice and also organic blue-green algae. We like the “green” notes in this blend…not too much and not too little.
All these probiotic shots include Bacillus coagulans GBI-30 6086. That’s a little too scientific for us, so we did some research and here’s what we found:
The probiotic Bacillus coagulans GBI-30, 6086 (GanedenBC30) is a lactic acid producing, spore-forming bacterial species. Due to the formation of spores, B. coagulans can withstand the acidic environment of the stomach to reach the intestine where it germinates. Once active in the small intestine after germination, it has been shown to aid the digestion of carbohydrates and proteins. Consumption of B. coagulans GBI-30, 6086 creates an intestinal environment that is not hospitable to various pathogens, creating a healthier and more efficient intestinal tract that is better able to utilize nutrients that have been consumed. What does all this mean? These probiotic shots are legit! IMBHO-yes!!
