Quest did a great job formulating a high protein, low carb, Keto pizza. Feel free to eat half a pizza or the whole thing, with only 6 grams of carbs per serving. (serving size is ½ pizza)

I selected the 4-cheese pizza, though pepperoni is also one of their “classic” pizza selections. As I was writing this review, I visited their website, Quest Nutrition, and discovered they also have supreme pizza and a brand new spinach and mushroom pizza. Even better, these two flavor profiles boast only 5 grams of carbs per serving.

Yes, please. I would love the spinach and mushroom pizza!

I baked the pizza according to instructions and got a golden crust. For the cheese pizza, I thought it needed a little additional salt and/or seasoning, so I sprinkled some Parmesan on top. I’m not a pepperoni eater, so I haven’t tried it, but I’m guessing it may not need the extra seasoning boost.

The crust is what I would call tender. It’s not flaky, but it has a softer texture than a regular pizza crust. But it’s not chalky or grainy like you might expect with this type of pizza. Quest really did nail the crust. Good job, Quest Team!

All in all, this is now one of my go-to, quick meals. Super easy and super delicious. With 27 grams of protein per serving, it fills you up. Add a salad on the side and you can’t go wrong!

Oh, and for those of you who are gluten free, you can enjoy this pizza as well. Gluten Free Certified!
